Office Manager

Full-time Onsite    |    Seoul, S. Korea    |    Operations

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating travel schedules and itineraries (domestic and international)
  • Ensuring the timely preparation and submission of reports and other required documentation
  • Implementing office policies and procedures developed by the Operations team lead and Executive team
  • Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks, including but not limited to, organizing and maintaining office systems, overseeing office supplies, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment
  • Managing the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference rooms
  • Maintaining a comprehensive and organized filing system, both paper and electronic
  • Serving as the main point of contact for all office-related vendor relationships, including but not limited to, building maintenance, office supplies, and telecommunications
  • Supporting senior management and other team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Native-level proficiency in Korean and intermediate to high proficiency in English
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excels in a people-facing role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Manages and prioritizes personal workload efficiently with minimal supervision or guidance
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Skill Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
